These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) govern the subscription services offered through the MistyLens app (“App”), a cinematic photo application that allows users to capture or import photos, apply AI-powered cinematic styles, adjust intensity and film grain, add artistic text overlays, save to history, and export to device photo albums. By purchasing or using any subscription service offered through MistyLens, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and User Agreement, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use any subscription service.
MistyLens offers optional subscription plans that provide users with unlimited access to all premium features of the App, including all local AI-powered cinematic styles, advanced intensity and film grain adjustments, exclusive artistic text overlays, and ad-free usage. Subscriptions are available on a recurring basis, as specified at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly, annually), and will automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms. Free trial periods, if offered, are subject to the terms specified during sign-up and may require a valid payment method to activate.
All subscription pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase and is subject to change without prior notice, though any price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal period. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any subscription plan at any time, but will provide reasonable notice to active subscribers if a plan is discontinued, and will offer appropriate alternatives or refunds if applicable.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide (e.g., credit card, mobile payment service) for the full subscription price at the time of purchase and for each subsequent renewal period, unless you cancel your subscription before the start of the next renewal period. Payment is due immediately upon purchase, and no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable rules.
You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment information and for any fees associated with failed payments (e.g., overdraft fees, declined payment fees). If a payment is declined, we may attempt to process the payment again within a reasonable period of time. If payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription may be suspended or terminated until payment is resolved.
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, at the same price and for the same duration as the original subscription, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App’s settings or through your device’s subscription management page (e.g., App Store settings, Google Play settings). Cancellations take effect immediately, but you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current subscription period. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period after cancellation.
If you sign up for a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period, unless you cancel before the trial expires. If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged, and access to premium features will end at the conclusion of the trial.
During the term of your active subscription, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the premium features of the App for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your subscription access with others, including but not limited to sharing your device, account (if applicable), or login credentials. Each subscription is intended for use on a single device, unless specified otherwise in the App.
We reserve the right to revoke or suspend subscription access if we suspect any unauthorized use, including but not limited to sharing, piracy, or fraudulent activity. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and we may take additional action to protect our intellectual property and services.
Your subscription to MistyLens does not result in the collection, extraction, storage, or processing of any facial information. Regardless of whether you use premium or free features, the App does not collect any facial data from the photos you capture, import, or edit. All processing of your photos, including premium cinematic style adjustments, is done locally on your device, and no facial information is ever transmitted to our servers, shared with third parties, or stored outside of your device. Your photos and all related edit data remain your property and under your complete control at all times.
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our subscription services, pricing, or applicable rules. Any updates will be posted within the MistyLens App, and your continued use of the subscription service after the updates are posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about the terms governing your subscription.
We may terminate your subscription at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Subscription Terms, our Privacy Policy, or our User Agreement. Upon termination, your access to premium features will immediately cease, and no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period. You may terminate your subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedures outlined in these Terms.
If you terminate your subscription or if your subscription is terminated for any reason, you will lose access to all premium features, but you will retain access to the free features of the App (if applicable) and any photos or edit history stored locally on your device.
